Now all advertisers in TheHomeMag have been Pre-Screened and Approved according to the five point criteria below.

1. Verify Trade License – We verify the company has a valid license

2. Verify Insurance – We verify the company has current general liability and workman’s compensation insurance.

3. Verification of being bonded – We verify the company has the appropriate bonds in place to cover the work they are advertising.

4. Trade and Consumer Checks – We check recent trade and consumer references.

5. Complaints – We check with the state license board to see if the company has any complaints registered against them.
